EVENT DETAILS:

•   Event Time: 2pm to 5pm

•   Vendor Fees: $25 for Nonprofit organization or $40 for all other businesses

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

​

1.  Vendor Fees: The Vendor agrees to pay the vendor fees in the amount specified above. Payment shall be made on completion of the agreement.

​

2.  Compliance with Laws: The Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those of South Carolina, in the provision of their services.

​

3.  Insurance: The Vendor shall maintain adequate insurance coverage, including but not limited to liability insurance, and provide proof of insurance upon request.

​

4.  Vendor Approval: Vendor approval is subject to review by Akoma Cares. Akoma Cares reserves the right to deny approval based on its discretion. Should you be denied, the vendor fee minus a $5 processing fee will be issued.

5.  Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, the Vendor shall provide notice to Akoma Cares at least 30 days prior to the event. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of vendor fees.

​

6. Indemnification: The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Akoma Cares harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Vendor's services at the event.

​

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina.
